Delete Your Nutu Account or Data

WHAT GETS DELETED. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your profile, the health information you entered directly (weight, blood pressure, sleep, exercise, medications), and the health information imported from Apple Health, Google Health, and Oura. If you previously agreed to share information with Meta for advertising, we will also instruct Meta to delete the information we sent them.

WHAT WE KEEP, AND WHY. We retain user transaction and billing records for 6 years to comply with applicable law, and security logs for 90 days to detect fraud. This information is not linked back to your health data after deletion.

HOW LONG IT TAKES. We complete deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more time because a request is unusally complex, we will tell you why within the first 30 days and complete it within 45 days total.
